So I just grabbed all the color ink pens I could find. Of course there was your black and red bic pens, along with a purple one. I know the image looks a little grusome, but its just a comic book cover of Spawn.

I started to play with drawing in colored ink (like a purple Bic pen) and then backing it up with color pencils.

This was during my experimentation with ink and markers. I found that I could get a high contrast by drawing the base with an ink pen, and then adding water color or marker on top.

File Cabinet

I used Cinema 4D to make the file cabinet, folders, and swirls. I then took it into Photoshop to add the other effects. This graphic was used for a file sharing application at Rackspace.

I loved working this project. I was my first project that was over seas. This couture shop is in Dubai. The store is one of the hottest spots in Dubai for high end fashion.
