The Showcase dinner is the culmination for the Taste of San Antonio, this is our signature event. It is a feast of gastronomic proportions that has yet to be duplicated. The entrees are specially created for the Showcase Dinner. This sit down, up scaled five course dinner is designed and showcased by a Celebrity Chef.
