The first cell phone

Forty years ago today a Motorola engineer named Martin Cooper, made the world’s first public call using a cell phone. Cooper used that epic moment in history to call rival company, Bell Labs, on April 3, 1973 ,just to say they made the cordless cell phone work first. It took another 10 years or so for cellphone to be fully made for the public.
